To use the Transaction Center, enter an account number in the text field at the top of the dialog, and click thebutton or press the Enter/Return key. In most cases, using a mag stripe or barcode reader will automatically advance you to the transaction dialog.
You can also look up an account by telphone number (if the customer's telephone number was collected when the account was created). Simply type the telephone number into the Account/Telephone field and click thebutton.
